Raymond James opens new branch in Fulham

Raymond James has opened a new branch in Fulham, London, led by branch principals and business partners Dasha Plotnikova and Max Scholey who are local to the area.

The new branch, which goes by the name ‘Raymond James, Fulham’, will offer bespoke investment services across south-west London, while also servicing clients across the country.

Together they will provide discretionary investment management services, their flagship offering. Clients will also benefit from complimentary cash flow planning. Dasha and Max believe that their solution is ideally suited to those who lack the time or the expertise to manage their own investments and who are looking for peace of mind that their portfolio is looked after by professionals.

Both Dasha and Max are Chartered Financial Analysts with a deep interest in the markets and a passion for developing long-lasting client relationships.

Dasha started her financial career at Killik, working within the Research team. She supported the desk with managing discretionary fund-based and direct equity portfolios. Wanting greater interaction with clients, Dasha later became an Investment Manager, managing and advising on portfolios of individual shares, funds and bonds.

Max began his career at Killik in 2013 as a Branch Assistant, wanting to pursue a career in financial services which involved helping people and building trusting relationships. Approaching 10 years of experience in a client-facing role, Max has extensive knowledge and experience in dealing with private clients, and combines his interest in investment analysis with his love for helping people achieve their goals.

On joining Raymond James, Dasha said: “Raymond James gives us the perfect middle ground of being able to run our own practice while having the support of the Raymond James network. Within our own branch, we can focus on doing what we do best – building strong client relationships and managing investment portfolios.”

Max said: “More and more wealth management companies are moving down the centralised model route. We feel that each client deserves a bespoke portfolio built around them. Partnering with Raymond James allows us the freedom to think about what is best for each client and manage their investments accordingly. Clients will have the security of a big firm and the personalised service of a boutique.”

Jason Cherriman, Senior Business Development Manager at Raymond James said: “Dasha and Max are two incredibly talented, smart and forward-thinking wealth managers. They recognise the importance private clients place on the relationship they have with their trusted Wealth Manager. We welcome them to Raymond James, given our aligned values of placing clients first, independence and integrity, and look forward to helping both of them achieve their strategic aims and supporting them with their clients over the coming years.”
